• Lower Whitcliffe Beds, 3.66 - 6.30 m section.

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: offshore; lithified, bioturbated, shelly/skeletal siltstone

• interbedded highly bioturbated calcareous siltstones in which most lamination destroyed by bioturbation. alternates with thin 'storm generated' siltstone and shell laminae. minor scour channels and slumping. occassional symmetric and asymmetric ripple laminae.
