Type specimen: PIN 254/2169, an exoskeleton (Four wings and five basal abdominal segments attached to Thorax). Its type locality is Vishnevaya Balka creek, Karagan, Stavropol (PIN collection 254), which is in a Miocene lacustrine shale in the Karagan Formation of the Russian Federation.
