Type specimen: SUI 99859, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is FB7 102.1, Franklin Basin, which is in a Stairsian shallow subtidal horizon in the Garden City Formation of Idaho.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
