Type specimen: VSEGEI 4501/2-3, a forewing (proximal half of forewing). Its type locality is Shurab I, Ditch 20, which is in a Pliensbachian terrestrial horizon in the Sulyukta Formation of Tajikistan.
Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore
