Type specimen: PIN 598/88, a hindwing. Its type locality is Sarbala II, Kaltan River, Outcrop P, bed 63 (PIN collection 598), which is in a Kungurian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Tersinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
