Euomphalus oldhami

Taxonomy
Euomphalus (Schizostoma) oldhami was named by Reed (1944). Its type specimen is GSI 17226, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Left bank of Bakh ravine, top of cliff limestone, ENE of Musa Khel, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.

It was recombined as Straparollus (Euomphalus) oldhami by Fantini Sestini (1965) and Fantini Sestini (1965); it was recombined as Euomphalus oldhami by Clapham (2011).
