Qantassaurus intrepidus
Taxonomy
Qantassaurus intrepidus was named by Rich and Vickers-Rich (1999). Its type specimen is NMV P199075, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Flat Rocks, Bunurong Marine Park, which is in an Aptian fluvial conglomerate in the Wonthaggi Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Qantassaurus.
