One sampling event per month took place (12 sampling events in total)... a line transect of 70 m was established. Eight pitfalls were spaced at 10 m intervals along the transect. Each group of pitfalls (56 traps in total) was located at least 230 m from another group... All traps were left open for five days per sampling event"
