Sampling comments: "Adult collections were made using carbon-dioxide baited encephalitis virus surveillance (EVS) miniature light traps (Rohe & Fall 1979), containing approx. 1kg of dry ice... deployed in vegetation 1–2 m above ground level... collections were made on two dates in Nov 2005, with six EVS traps deployed at various sites in the residential area and marshy areas to the west, resulting in 12 trap collections"
