Habitat comments: "stream-laid deposits of sand and mud" within a rockshelter
there are "preparation-tool marks on some" of the fossils and "no obvious evidence of modification of bones such as gnawing by carnivores or scavengers, spiral fracturing, or tooth-puncture marks. Accumulation of some of the smaller bones by rabbits or rodents... is possible... several agents of accumulation" may have "acted together"
