Traps were kept open for periods of between 10 and 15 days... Trap effort was not equal in all seasons, totalling 986 trap-days in spring (September to November), 1 710 trap-days in summer (December to February), 834 trap-days in autumn (March to May) and 655 trap- days in winter (June to August)"
