A permanent 4900 m2 (70 m x 70 m) live trapping grid was established... Within each grid, 7 rows by 7 columns of live trapping lines were established during both seasons. A total of 49 Sherman live traps were set per grid at 10 m intervals between points during both seasons. The traps were baited with peanut butter and crushed maize"
